The meeting was presided over by Rev. Dr. Feno M. Thomas, and the health class was conducted by Dr Jibin John Thomas , who provided valuable insights on healthy living and fitness. On the same day, parish members officially embarked on the 60-day weight loss challenge, which aims to promote a healthier future through better lifestyle choices and consistent efforts toward fitness.
